All Souls Night: Meditation Videos

Updated: Oct 16, 2020

The All Souls Night meditation has a cool inspiration behind it. Check out the post before this one to see what that inspiration was, what this meditation can be used for, and what else you can imagine while you are doing this meditation. Meanwhile, here are your meditation videos.

The first one is a non verbal meditation. This means that you do have music, a pretty background, and the meditation typed up on the video. There is no recording that will read the meditation for you. Some people might find this will help them to concentrate on the meditation more.

The second one is a vocal meditation. This means that you have music, a pretty background, and a recording of the meditation to listen to. There are no words typed up, just the sound of my voice to follow. I've done the two types in case one video works better for you than the other.

A little tip: The non verbal version will be released on YouTube on Wednesdays while the vocal one is released on Fridays. If you would like to see the non verbal video a few days earlier than the post, please subscribe to the YouTube channel so you don't miss the video.

A couple of other tips: Use these meditations if you need a quick moment to take your mind off of intruding thoughts and emotions or if you need to help yourself focus better. Try both of them out to see which one works better for you. Don't forget to breathe during the meditation. Repeat them as many times as you need to. Check back here on Monday to see the soap that was created to go with the meditation.
